十七大报告

1. 要坚持人民是历史创造者的历史唯物主义观点，坚持全心全意为人民服务，坚持群众路线，真诚倾听群众呼声，真实反映群众愿望，真情关心群众疾苦，多为群众办好事、办实事，做到权为民所用、情为民所系、利为民所谋。

1. We must uphold the viewpoint of historical materialism that it is the people who make history, remain committed to serving the people wholeheartedly and adhere to the mass line. We must earnestly listen to their appeals, truthfully reflect their wishes, sincerely help alleviate their hardships and do more practical work for their benefit, putting into practice the principle of exercising power for the people, showing concern for them and working for their interests.
