十八大报告

1. 我们将扎实推进公共和人文外交，维护我国海外合法权益。我们将开展同各国政党和政治组织的友好往来，加强人大、政协、地方、民间团体的对外交流，夯实国家关系发展社会基础。

1. We will take solid steps to promote public diplomacy as well as people-to-people and cultural exchanges, and protect China's legitimate rights and interests overseas. We will conduct friendly exchanges with political parties and organizations of other countries and encourage people's congresses, national and local committees of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, local governments and people's organizations to increase overseas exchanges so as to consolidate the social foundation for enhancing China's relations with other countries.
