1. 在粮食销售方面，1993年全国城镇相继取消了定量计划供应的销售制度。在前两年市场零售物价涨幅较大的情况下，各地政府都规定城镇居民可以在国有粮店中购买一定数量的低于市场价格的粮食，国有粮店正越来越明显地起着保障城镇低收入者基本生活的作用。

1. In 1993 grain rationing was abolished in cities and towns throughout the country. As the retail prices of commodities on the market have increased by a large margin in the past two years governments at all levels have specified that urban residents might purchase a certain amount of grain from state-owned grain shops at prices lower than the market price. State-owned grain shops are playing a more and more important role in guaranteeing the basic livelihood of urban residents with low incomes.
