1. 加强和改进思想政治工作，注重人文关怀和心理疏导，培育自尊自信、理性平和、积极向上的社会心态。深化群众性精神文明创建活动，广泛开展志愿服务，推动学雷锋活动、学习宣传道德模范常态化。

1. We should strengthen and improve education in values, provide compassionate care and psychological counseling, and cultivate self-respect, self-confidence, a sense of being rational, composure, and a desire to excel oneself among the people. We should conduct more public activities to promote cultural and ethical progress, encourage volunteer service, and carry out regular activities to learn from paragons of virtue such as Lei Feng and publicize their exemplary deeds.
