1. 截至2015年9月，全国已建立工会的企事业单位中有493.1万家单独建立厂务公开制度，有410.6万家非公有制企业单独建立厂务公开制度，建制率达93%，远远超过80%的计划预期目标。

By September 2015, among all enterprises and public institutions with trade unions, 4.931 million had established a separate system of making enterprise affairs public, and 4.106 million non-public sector enterprises had established a separate system of making enterprise affairs public, accounting for 93 percent of the total, far exceeding the targeted goal of 80 percent.
